I fond the range so great to shop and the great deals you have and all the staff is very helpful to. restaurant is very good and the staff is so helpful. Only thing is that restaurant is upstairs not giving you much room when you have to take your trollies with you and if you are in a wheelchairs . But it's enjoyable place to shop.
Lots of products and choice but there are two things that let this shop down. The first is the staff, an example of which on Sunday showed a gentleman buying a huge bag of compost. As he paid and lifted it to his shoulder, the bag spilt and went everywhere. The staff member did nothing, he then asked whilst we were being served, could he pick up another as his bag split? Her response was "it was the way you picked it up, I'll check with the manager". The manager Meena, naturally said yes with a far better attitude. The second let down is parking. Be aware if you park for longer than two hours you get fined £60! The shop say there are adequate signs informing customers (which are small) but with the store so big, having children with you, and a cafe area, it's very easy to overrun. Make sure you put your registration number in a folder held at Customer Services (which is something they don't make you aware of) and your registration number will be taken off the fine list with the private company they use!

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great for the novice DIYer and the builder. Very good if you need things cut to size.
Huge range of products from screws and fixings to power tools and plumbing, you could build an entire house from stock held on site and then landscape and deck the garden in just one visit! Might need a bigger van though! Staff know their stuff and all ready to help if needed. Well worth a visit.

Free parking, disabled access. Friendly helpful staff. Good range of products at competitive prices.
Once you get used to their system, a quick and easy service. Sometimes low stocks cause delays in availability. Prices reasonable. Website often confusing.
